Timeline
I'm still learning about this congregation. Do you know more about them? I would be happy to hear from you!
29 October 1967: Final services were held in the 114 Aspen St building. Many members reminisced about the years in the building.
5 November 1967: The congregation has its first services in the gymnasium of Bert Edwards Elementary School. They consider the location ideal because of its close proximity to the new building they're constructing.
September 1967 - February 1968: Members of the congregation volunteered their time and talents to erect a new building at 1132 7th Avenue (same address as 1132 8th Avenue today). Except for subtrades, the construction was carried out entirely by volunteers.
18 February 1968: The first services were held in the new building.
