12 January 1979: For the first time, ads for a weekly Devotional Service at Rayleigh School were printed in Kamloops News. No church or pastor was explicitly attached to the ads.
1982: Around January, Kamloops Alliance Church began advertising “Rayleigh Alliance Church” along with the ads for their North Shore meetings. By September, ads began to mention Pastor D. Clark.
